Google UX Design Certification Program

This program includes over 200 hours of instruction and hundreds of practice-based activities and assessments that simulate real-world UX design scenarios and are critical for success in the workplace. The content is highly interactive and developed by Google employees with decades of experience in UX design.

Through a mix of videos, readings, assessments, and hands-on activities, I learned key design tools, including Figma and Adobe XD. I even created a project, which you can view here.

  2. Build a script for a UX research study

  3. Determine participants for a UX research study

  8. Identify examples of common UX research studies

  1. Define the role and purpose of a mockup

  2. Create a mockup in Figma

  3. Apply foundational elements of visual design to mockups, including typography, color, and iconography

  4. Use grids and containment elements in mockup layouts

  5. Demonstrate the benefits of using negative space to improve mockups
